Amesoeurs - French Shoegaze BM

The first music i have chosen to put up on this side will be the french band Amesoeurs.
They first caught my attention when i heard the band Alcest which features Neige who sings and play guitar in Amesoeurs.
Neige have also played other execellent bands such as black metal acts Peste Noire and Forgotten Woods.

Amesoeurs have a special sound which can be described as Burzum meeting Slowdive and Exploisions in the sky, allthrough Varg Vikernes probably wouldnt like this description, this child of the three bands have an really speciel and captivating sound.

"Ruines Humaines" is the Amesoeurs release i have chosen to upload called and it has three really outstanding tracks especially the last and longest wich features a female vocal of the singer Audrey Sylvain.
The lyrics is in french and basically concerns the hatred for urbanism, corruption and so on.
Amesoeurs is currently working on a full length album which will sadly be their last.
I will finish off by recommend allmost all the projects that Neige are involved in, from his low production BM to this weird shoegaze driven metal.

This blog will be a small sideproject of mine, maybe just to see if I can keep up with writing such a thing as this.
Anywho it will mainly concern obscure music, artists, movies and things alike.
The music will be such genres as black metal - Different kinds of folk - Drone - Ambient especially outdoor recordings.
Allthrough I am a massive hardcore/grindcore geek I have chosen to focus on these genres because I also write at the blog Perpetualvomit, wich focus on Powerviolence/Grindcore/Crust and such.
